1. The essentials at a glance

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts, images and videos are stored on my own web space. I only process personal data when you contact me via the contact form, by email or by phone, and in the form of the technically necessary server log files.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (“ALL-INKL”), on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of the website. Further information: all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen (in German).

4. Server log files

When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (technically error-free and secure provision of the website).

5. Contact form, email and phone

If you write to me via the contact form, your details (name, email address, subject, message and, voluntarily, phone number and preferred date) are transmitted to my web server via an encrypted connection and forwarded to me from there by email. The form data is not stored on the web server itself. To protect against spam, the form contains an invisible check field and a time check; no cookies are set and no data is passed on to third parties.

I use the details from the form, emails or phone calls exclusively to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in processing enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law) prevent this.

6. Fonts, videos and external links

The fonts used (Dosis, Roboto) are stored locally on my server; no connection to Google or other providers is established when you visit. All videos are delivered directly from my web space; no video platforms are embedded.

The website contains links to external services (LinkedIn, Xing, my author website tonytonagel.de). Only when you click on such a link do you leave this website; the respective provider is responsible for data processing there.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR) as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Objection to promotional emails

The use of the contact details published in the legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising is hereby objected to.
